Artificial intelligence and neural network models have shown that it can be possible to predict, with statistical significance, short term market fluctuations by studying historical trends. This knowledge creates the opportunity to generate alpha.

Applying science to foretelling

Alpha AI began as an academic research project to investigate whether the use of advanced mathematical algorithms and artificial intelligence models could reliably understand market trends and generate signals which could allow consistent alpha generation.

Early results were promising and after extensive research and testing, it is our researchers’ evidenced-based belief that our specific process and underlying models can under certain conditions generate trading signals that reliably indicate profitable trading opportunities.

Preliminary ‘live’ (specifically, not backtest based) scenarios in cryptocurrencies support this hypothesis, but the theory is that the math should hold for any asset class. In order to credibly demonstrate this we created Ravensbourne Capital where we plan to, in the fullness of time, run accounts that will show auditable track records for qualified, interested parties to examine.
